The Diz is a group of 4 friends that make music and love doing it. They quickly took hold of the UCSD music scene before spreading like wildfire into the vibrant music culture of San Diego.

​Drawing from a wide range of influences, their music makes for a unique sound.​ Elise Burcham drives the energy with her intense, punk-infused drums alongside funk-rock guitar/bass duo Ian Frankel and William Bennett. Coming together with lead vocalist, guitarist, and bassist Sky Feick’s raw and powerful vocals, the quartet is an unstoppable force.​

From large-scale music festival Same Same But Different to intimate shows above Black’s Beach, The Diz performs with a charm that makes for a performance you can't look away from. Every song is a story brought to life and whether it’s a high energy track or a slow burning ballad, their music lingers long after the last note.

Some notable venues The Diz has played in the San Diego area include Belly Up, The Casbah, Music Box, Soma, Winstons, and Epstein Amphitheatre.
