Our first single Dazed and Confused started as an impromptu acoustic jam in a stairwell in August of 2022. We immediately felt chemistry playing together and are proud to release it approximately a year after its inception and the creation of our band. Production on this song began with Jason Cropper in Oakland California and was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Pacific Beat Studio with Alan Sanderson in San Diego. 

 

The song is about letting people have too much power over you and taking that power back. The first half of the song tells a story about staying up at night and worrying about how somebody else views you. The second half of the song switches the roles. Although the song is a snapshot of what was occurring in our lives when we wrote it, we have since embraced the idea of the song being about not letting the general "man" have power over you.
